In 1982 the project of the Centro Direzionale was entrusted to the famous architect Kenzo Tange.
It is an area where the essential public services are located together with headquarters of industries and business companies.
The construction of the skyscrapers was assigned to internationally renowned architects: among others, Renzo Piano, Massimo Pica Ciamarra and Nicola Pagliara.
